This 8-week transformation program is a fully customized fitness plan designed specifically for your goals, lifestyle, and fitness level. You’ll start with a short one-on-one video consultation where we discuss your needs, challenges, equipment, and preferences. Using that information, I create a structured 8-week workout program tailored to you. Once your plan is complete, it will be emailed directly to you with all exercises, sets, reps, schedule guidance, and instructions. Throughout the 8 weeks, you’ll complete the program on your own while checking in weekly so I can track your progress and give adjustments if needed. This is a perfect option for clients who want expert guidance and structure without committing to live or in-person training sessions. -One 20-minute video consultation (Zoom or video call) -A fully customized 8-week workout program -Weekly check-ins via message or email -Exercise list with sets, reps, and instructions -Program based on your equipment (home or gym) -Optional adjustments during the 8 weeks
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling: All sessions require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the session being forfeited with no refund. No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is automatically marked as used. Refunds: All session packages are non-refundable, except in cases of verified medical issues or circumstances approved directly by Trained By Dalton LLC. If a partial refund is granted, unused sessions will be refunded at the discounted rate, not the single-session price. Package Expiration: All session packages must be used within the time frame listed on the package (ex: 3 months, 6 months). Unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeited. Late Arrivals: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend the session. Transferability: Sessions and packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared with another person. Trainer Cancellation: If Trained By Dalton LLC must cancel or reschedule a session, the client will receive as much notice as possible and the session will be credited back or rescheduled without penalty. Client Responsibility: Clients understand that participation in fitness training carries inherent risks. By purchasing this package, the client confirms they are physically able to participate and assumes responsibility for notifying the trainer of any injuries or health concerns.
